DHVANI LEADERSHIP COLLECTIVE
Dhvani is proud to introduce a new initiative aimed at empowering teenagers across India to take charge of creative campaigns and lead community-based or school-based forums. This expansion reflects our commitment to fostering young leaders who are passionate about creating positive change and embodying Dhvani’s mission of amplifying underrepresented voices, promoting inclusivity, and driving social impact.
OVERVIEW
Teenagers (ages 15–18) from all over India can apply to become Dhvani Leaders and establish their own teams, either in their local community or their schools. These forums will be aligned with Dhvani's values and goals, and each team will be tasked with creating initiatives that are relevant to their own community's needs and interests. Whether focusing on social awareness, creative expression, or local empowerment, these leaders will have the autonomy and support to drive tangible change.
Teens can choose to lead forums of two types: Community Forums or School Forums.
1. Community-Based Forum
Leaders can establish forums within their neighborhoods or cities, gathering local teens to work on community-driven projects, organize campaigns, and hold outreach programs.
2. School-Based Forum
School-based forums will allow students to create change within their academic environment, focusing on workshops, creative drives, or even academic initiatives that promote Dhvani's values.
